Ho conosciuto la fotografia grazie al mio amico Enzo Campisi. Guardando alcune foto ho capito come la fotografia potesse dare la possibilità di esprimersi e me ne sono innamorato. Fare delle foto per me non vuol dire ritrarre un soggetto ma interpretarlo e rendere visibile quell'interpretazione. Miliardi di cose ci passano davanti ogni momento, migliaia di persone, in mille scene ed altrettante espressioni, il fotografo può immortalare quei momenti, quegli atteggiamenti, in modo che gli altri possano vederli come lui li ha visti, con i suoi occhi, in un certo senso. Credo che esprimersi in una forma d'arte visiva voglia dire presentare agli altri un proprio concetto estetico, la fotografia permette di fare questo nel migliore dei modi, oltre a dimostrare che la bellezza è intorno a noi e non bisogna inventarla ma avere occhi per riuscire a vederla. Non saprei dire per quale genere fotografico sia più portato, è ancora troppo presto e non potrei affermare nulla senza smentire nell'arco di qualche mese, voglio solo che gli altri vedano quello che vedo io quando scatto e non è importante che si tratti di uno sguardo, dei colori di un paesaggio o di un insetto che si staglia su un petalo dai colori saturi. Voglio riuscire ad esprimere un istante, congelarlo com'era quando io lo stavo guardando, in barba al tempo che corre ed alla fragilità delle cose. Possiedo una Digitale Canon Pro90 IS con Zoom 37-370 f2.8 / 8, un cavalletto, un filtro polarizzatore ed un adattatore macro.

I have known the photo thanks to my friend Enzo Campi him. Looking at some photos I have understood as the photo he could give the possibility to express him and I am in love of it. To make some photos for me doesn't mean to withdraw a subject but to interpret it and that interpretation to make visible. Million of things pass us before every moment, thousand of people, in thousand scenes and as many expressions, the photographer can immortalize that moments, that attitudes, so that the other ones can see them as him he has seen them, with its eyes, in a certain sense. I believe that to express him in a form of visual art means to introduce a proper aesthetical concept to the others, the photo it allows to do this in the best of the ways, besides showing that beauty is around us and doesn't need to invent it but to have eyes to succeed in seeing it. I would not know how to say for what photographic kind is more brought, it is too soon still and I could not affirm anything without denying within a few months, I want only that the other ones see what I see me when I go off and it is not important that deal with a look of the colors of a landscape or a bug that it hacks him on a petal from the saturated colors. I want to succeed in expressing an instant, to freeze him as was when I was looking at him, in beard to the time that races and to the brittleness of the things.
