. Been Born to Sassari in 1957, where alive and work, in the first youth he has frequented the attached Middle school to the local National Institute of art and subsequently achieved the maturity of Applied art, currently it attends the academy of Belle Arti of Sassari.
In the vast artistic panorama he has chosen one of the roads most difficult: that of the simplicity, intending with this the renouncement to the excess, to the desire to invent again to all the costs anything; the ever seen doesn't belong to the on the affairs. Away from the experimentations on subjects and unusual materials, he has rediscovered in his works the elements of the pictorial tradition and his language, individualizing in them the stimuli for an one man show search on the contents and a the expressive halves. In his works they follow him close to the portraits, rural and sea sceneries of beloved Sardinia, foreshortenings of inhabited areas and daily life. And' the transcript of a natural world that postpones to reality hidden in an atmosphere in unstable balance among reflections neoralists and a sort of expressionism materico, played on the sought after structuring of the images, on the study of the "energetic lines" and of the equilibriums compositivi. Currently work also with other expressive means, suggested by an unconscious escursus in the language simbolista and conceptual, also matured by a search on the relationship color-light-sign, with more peaceful tonality, without almost interruptions, in way that the color is structured on the plans as sort of a serene composition in its aritmicita.
